Az elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9sek szerint az \u00e9v m\u00e1sodik fel\u00e9ben kezdik el a 3nm-es gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technol\u00f3gi\u00e1val k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u0151 chipek sorozatgy\u00e1rt\u00e1s\u00e1t, 2025-ben pedig a 2nm-es gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ra t\u00e9rnek majd \u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00e9t sz\u00e1m \u2013 a 3 \u00e9s a 2nm \u2013 azt mutatja, hogy mik\u00e9nt ker\u00fclnek a tranzisztorok a processzorokra. Min\u00e9l kisebb a sz\u00e1m, ann\u00e1l t\u00f6bb f\u00e9r el egy adott nagys\u00e1g\u00fa lapk\u00e1n, ami nagyobb sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1si kapacit\u00e1shoz, ezzel egy\u00fctt pedig gyorsabb processzorokhoz vezet.<\/p>\n<p>A 3nm-es gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technol\u00f3gi\u00e1val k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u0151 processzoroknak \u00f6t k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 v\u00e1ltozata lesz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>az N3,<\/li>\n<li>az N3E,<\/li>\n<li>az N3P,<\/li>\n<li>az N3S, valamint<\/li>\n<li>az N3X.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 verzi\u00f3k egyre er\u0151sebb egys\u00e9geket, egyre nagyobb tranzisztors\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9get, \u00e9s egyre jobb energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1st takarnak.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-img-holder\">\n<figure class=\"article-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/api.hvg.hu\/Img\/b2dea50f-cee1-4f6e-b810-034566fbfb2e\/558f647b-b1e5-4781-a029-497927b43f1e.jpg\" \/><figcaption>\n<div class=\"figcaption-content\">\n<div class=\"figcaption-copy\">\u00a9 Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>A c\u00e9g szerint a 2nm-es gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technol\u00f3gi\u00e1val k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u0151 chipek 10-15 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal lesznek gyorsabbak, a fogyaszt\u00e1suk pedig 25-30 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal lesz alacsonyabb, mint az N3E.
